How we work together
Proposed services from my independent practice. Timelines depend on access, data readiness and agreed scope. Before work starts, the proposal defines warehouses, data sources, sync frequency, reporting, support and exclusions. Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are separate; additional integrations and changes are quoted before work proceeds.
1. The Stock Audit
A structured diagnostic of how stock moves through your business: one scoping call, read-only access to your data, and a written report scoring eight operational areas. You get a prioritised fix list with estimated annual impact where the available data supports it, including assumptions and gaps. Yours to act on with or without me.
2. The Ops Stack Build
The full backbone: single source of truth, inventory sync across the warehouses agreed in scope, reorder logic per SKU per region, automated alerts, and the KPI dashboard. Documentation and a proper handover to whoever runs your ops. 30 days of post-launch support included.
3. Ops Partner
The system keeps matching the business as it changes: new SKUs, new regions, new 3PLs, seasonal swings. Monitoring, tuning, new automations, and a monthly review against the dashboard.
The audit is the suggested starting point. The report stands on its own, whether or not you commission a build.
